Stephen Meier is a filmmaker known for fearless storytelling, emotional precision, and a hands-on approach. After starting in Hollywood, he stepped away following 9/11 to build a successful career as a stockbroker before a serious health crisis in 2008 led him back to filmmaking with renewed purpose.

Stephen Meier is a filmmaker known for fearless storytelling, emotional precision, and a hands-on approach. After starting in Hollywood, he stepped away following 9/11 to build a successful career as a stockbroker before a serious health crisis in 2008 led him back to filmmaking with renewed purpose.
He has written, sold, and optioned numerous screenplays and has been commissioned to adapt books and develop television pilots. Most recently, he wrote, directed, and produced the coming-of-age thriller Woodbridge, set over one pivotal night in 1988 when four teenagers confront a bully and face life-changing consequences.
Through SilverLeaf Media Group, he is developing new projects that reflect his signature blend of intelligence, dark humor, and heart.

A longtime Phoenix “Top Doc” and nationally recognized urologist with more than 30 years of experience, Dr. Kaye earned his medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine and completed advanced surgical training at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. He also served honorably in the United States Air Force and has held academic appointments at both the University of Arizona and the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences.
Beyond his medical career, Dr. Kaye has long believed in the power of storytelling to connect people and inspire meaningful dialogue. Through SilverLeaf Media, he supports and develops films that elevate important voices and bring communities together through powerful, purpose-driven storytelling.
